It’s easy for us to fall into the mundane routine of our everyday lives. We go from point A to point B almost robotically and keep our heads focused on our own agendas. Not to sound selfish… but simple random acts of kindness don’t just benefit the other person, they also help you feel good too! After all, we are “wired for kindness”, research in this area has found that we prefer compassion and that our capacity to care grows with daily practice. With that being said, I found this great kindness challenge from Popsugar that has awesome suggestions for kind things you can do each day of the month. Keep in mind that this is just a suggestion guide, if you think of a unique way to make someone’s day.. GO FOR IT!
