3. Have permission of owner if you are on private property
4. Submit your registration form and video no later than Monday
   March 15, 2010 at 5:00 pm

THE DON'TS:

1. Take any risks that could cause personal injury or destruction of property
2. Promote or attack brand names
3. Involve illegal activities
4. Have inappropriate language or activities
