Everyone has their own vibration and those that have heightened their vibrations are mostly filled with positive energy, carrying emotions such as passion, love, compassion, and hope. In contrast, those with low vibrations are mostly filled with negative energy, carrying emotions such as negativity, fear, and hate. be aware of your environment, make meditation a regular practice, become conscious of your thoughts, be conscious of the foods you eat (some foods vibrate low and some high), be aware of the vibrational levels of who you surround yourself with, practice random acts of kindness and expect nothing in return, and take yoga classes.
