Ladies! Christiana Care's National Community Center of Excellence in Women's Health wants to connect you with the resources you need to live the healthiest life you can!

Choose from the following fabulous programs:

Moving Women Forward

Planning to lose weight or become physically active? This program provides women with a safe, effective and comfortable way to manage your weight and get fit. Choose from a variety of exercise programs including;

  • Belly-dancing
  • Hip-Hop aerobics
  • Yoga
  • Line dancing

We also offer a weekly, hour-long weight management course that will teach you the keys to achieve a healthier lifestyle. The weight management class is a non-diet approach to healthy eating and includes topics such as:

  • Menu planning
  • Understanding food labels
  • Portion control

The program has changed the lives of more than 1000 women since the program began.

All courses last 8 weeks and are offered at no cost to women living within Wilmington zip codes; 19801, 19802, 19805. To obtain a schedule of classes
