The One Less Campaign challenges YOU to drink ONE LESS sugar-sweetened beverage per day.
What are sugar-sweetened beverages?
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, sugar sweetened beverages (SSB) are defined as any drinks that contain added caloric sweeteners. Examples include soda, fruit drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, coffee/tea, and alcoholic drinks. SSBs are the largest source of added sugar and a major contributor of calories as part of the U.S. diet.
