Attract What You Want Through Personal Vibrations

In order to attract what you want, you have to raise your own personal vibrations. It is important to remember what you give out, you will get back. These are some ways to do this:

  1. Write Down What You Want

    1. Expressing and committing to the idea of what you want is the first step in bringing you closer to a vibrational match. Write down what your goals are. Keep a journal, or make a vision board.
  2. Visualize

    1. This can be paired along with meditation. Close your eyes and picture yourself in the place you want to be, feel the positive emotions with this visualization. When you feel this, you begin to feel the vibration inside of you. Bring your energy into alignment with your desire by visualizing and feeling how good it is to have what you want as a part of you.
  3. Affirmations

    1. There is a quote that states, “whether you believe you can or believe you can’t, you’re right”. Remove whatever it is in the way of you manifesting your dreams, and believe that you CAN have what you want. Match your energy to what you believe. Thinking is one step, but to feel is even more powerful.
  4. Feelings

    1. Feelings are the most powerful vibration-lifters. When you begin to feel, is when you begin to raise your vibrations.
  5. Gratitude

    1. Always be thankful, for what you want. The positive energy of gratitude can raise your vibrations. Good energy is light and high, negative energy is heavy and dark.
  6. Radiate Love

    1. Love is a very powerful, flowing, transferrable energy and permeates everything with light. If you send out forceful energy, this is what you’re going to get back. Fill the room with love and light. Create soothing, smooth, gentle, uplifting, and kind feelings.
