Being Physically Active in Bad Weather or on Cold Days

Don't let the cold or bad weather keep you on the couch! Develop a set of regular activities you can do regardless of weather, like indoor cycling, aerobic dance, indoor swimming, mall walking, dancing. You may go out to try ice skating, cross-country skiing or snow-shoeing in winter. Don't forget to encourage your family's participation too! You will have more fun with your family!
