Brain Food

Have a big exam coming up and need to maximize your brain absorption rate? Or do you keep forgetting where you left your phone, keys, etc.? Same. Mama always said I would lose my head if it wasn’t attached to my body. However, I have a possible solution: let food be your medicine! There are several foods that have been proven to boost brain power and increase your memory. Try adding these superfoods into your diet!

Some people call these little guys “brainberries”. Blueberries protect your brain from oxidative stressors. They also ward off diseases such a Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia. Studies have shown that blueberry rich diets improve learning capacity and motor skills. Try them on top of yogurt, in pancakes, or in oatmeal!
